By using TraderPing ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

TraderPing forwards TradingView alerts to your preferred notification platforms (Telegram, Discord, etc.). We provide email-to-notification forwarding services for trading alerts.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not use the service for illegal activities
• You must not abuse or spam our notification systems

4. Service Limitations

Our service has usage limits based on your subscription plan. We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed trading opportunities due to service interruptions.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions.

6. Privacy and Data

We process trading alerts and notification data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not store or analyze your trading strategies or financial information.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

8. Limitation of Liability

TraderPing is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice to users. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
